Spring loaded with 5 indicators (Empty to Full). Measures 6-1/4"L x 2-5/8"W which is slightly smaller than Tank Scale # 69877. Includes: (1) Wing nut part # 87901 (1) Clip for tank scale Instruction sheet It does not come with the other hardware part #81803 - washers & screws. If you need these - you must order separately.
